Family Services

We use people-centered planning to explore each client’s desires, values, hopes, and dreams.

For many of our clients, this may entail a stable job within the community or a healthy home where their family can learn and grow. Each client has individual desires and gifts, and we work alongside them to find the best fit for their unique situation.

Services

Helping individuals pursue their dreams and live a more independent life.

In-home services

Life’sWork professionals connect families in physical, emotional, and financial crises to the resources they need to keep their family together. Our passion is caring and listening, empowering families to thrive through weekly visits that address one of our program’s four specific areas: parenting, life skills, home management, and counseling.

Crisis intervention

Crisis Intervention Services are available for all CYF cases as an alternative to foster care placement. Case managers in the Family Services program are available to clients 24/7 to help support any family in an emergency.
